Why can't Radha spare everyone with the truth?

Perhaps I am misunderstanding this, but doesn't Radhika just state the truth about her having married Dev the first time around?

Does she particularly enjoy her family and husband being humiliated? Only she can put an end to Vishaka's shenanigans, and very quickly just by saying the TRUTH? I've always maintained that Radhika is not particularly bright, and has an aversion for TRUTH, despite being Kanha's bakt.

Too many tears from her, but no action.

gp00, its not that easy for her to say the truth. Her ffathers honor is at stake here. She just cant imagine what the outcom will be when the truth comes out. BUt i thinbk that she will find a way to tell everyone the truth and her fathers reputations wont be damaged.

gp00 if u had seen the da before's episode and the conversation between Amma and Radhika, u will understand the magnitude of this truth. If its not handled properly both the families will crumble down and that is the reason she just cannot say this truth painly.

But Radhika should tell all this even about her fears of what can happen if the truth is out to her husband atleast . Dev has always supported her in everything. She should trust Dev not to do something that will harm both families' reputaion like he kept quite about Visakha's pregnancy to protect Radhika's family's reputation.

You're right--I did not see that episode with Amma/Radhika chat. I also agree that the TRUTH is not so easy to announce. However, in every situation, and in time, TRUTH always comes out. Hence, you are just postponing the inevitable.

Additionally, Amma will say or do anything to keep Radhika's mouth shut about her vile granddaughter V. Including scaring the crap out of the "limited" Radhika when honor of the families are discussed. Why does Radhika always cave in? While I respect her in some ways, Radhika is a moron time and again. Let her suffer at her own hands.

Are Vishaka's actions any better? Skipping out on wedding to be a Bollywood staaaar, getting knocked up by someone, etc. Can Radhika use these things against Vishaka? Sure, but it would come at the expense of her father too. And Amma.

This show talks about divine love. What I'm seeing this is unbearable stupidity and some tawdry love story. I think even Kanha would like to see this end.
