Prem didn't know where this conversation is leading too and he couldn't believe that heer wanted to end their marriage he just gave her an irritated look and walked out of the bedroom. As soon as he left the room heer burst into tears and she cried touching her stomach and she said "I'm sorry shona my adorable baby but mama will have to go and you will be staying with your daddy!!! Please forgive me" it was a hard decision which she took but she had no other choice she didn't want to stay with prem because maybe in future he will again taunt her or blame her for separating him from his parents so she thought this is the best way to end this so prem can be happy with his parents. Heer got our of the bed and she went downstairs because she was feeling hungry she saw prem sitting in the living room holding his head between his hands and heer knew he was upset but she didn't have the courage to go and sit next to him or talk to him although she really wanted to go and hug him but instead she went to the kitchen and took the fruit plate which prem already prepared for her and she went back to the dining table and sat there and ate her food. Prem felt her presence he turned around and saw her in the dinning area and he wiped his tears and he walked to her and he sat beside her and he took her hand in his and he said "heer please forget everything and change your decision" heer without looking at him she said "prem its not easy for me to leave my baby but I'm doing this for you because I know how much you love our baby and I want my baby to have fathers love!!! As for me I love our baby too!!!!" prem said "heer I'm not asking you to move with me to juneja mansion we have our own house and as for maa she doesn't even talk to me but still I love you more than anything heer!!!! I love our baby too but not more than you!!!!" heer said "prem lets end this conversation!!! I can't change my decision!!!" with saying that heer got up and she went upstairs.

Meher went back upstairs to their bedroom and she saw preet was snoring loudly and she tried to wake him up but no response he was deep a sleep so she thought of a idea she went to the washroom and filled a jug of cold water and she came back and she put all that water on preets face and preet screamed he said "aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh," he opened his eyes and he shouted "meher why did you put water on me!!!!!!!! Have you gone mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" meher said "you idiot I have been trying to wake you up but naa you are worse than a kumb karan!!!!!!!!" preet jumped on the bed and he said "you called me a kumb karan you stupid girl I'm your husband!!!!" meher said "so what if you are my husband I'm your wife and you called me a stupid girl" meher started hitting him and prt started running around the room and meher chasing him and then they both stopped and sat on the couch to take rest because they were breathless and preet said "meher get me glass of water?" meher said "nope I'm so not going down your maa is so scary she already gave me hot parathas" preet said "oh you lucky you already had your breakfast!!!!!" meher gave him a fake smile and she said "lucky whatever you know what I mean when I said hot parathas meaning taunts she didn't like that I was wearing your clothes" preet said "oh don't worry about that heer bhabhi always used to wear western clothes and maa hated it but bhabhi didn't care" meher said "lets go shopping and on the way back we can go and see prem and heer" preet nodded and they both got ready and went shopping.
Heer was having pains again and this time they were non stop and she was feeling dizzy is well so she sat on her bed holding her head and she was biting her lower lip because of the pain and then she had a really sharp pain and she screamed "aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" prem heard her scream and he came running upstairs and he held her from her shoulders and he said "heer are you ok?" heer said "prem....pain..." she screamed again prem quickly picked her up and he made her sit in the car and they went hospital. The doctors put heer on the stretcher and they took her to the scan room and they did all the check ups and prem was waiting outside the room, and then nurse came running she took him to the doctor and doctor said "Mr. juneja we are sorry to say but we can only save your wife or your baby" prem was shocked to hear that and he had tears in his eyes.
