infedility as grounds for divorce

This story is going all over the place. But really feel that the creatives are taking us as fools. Every story line is left very abruptly as if no one will question as to why.
Can't Dev talk to the lawyer about Vish's pregnancy and can't they prove that the divorce needs to be on those grounds.
Every story line is left incomplete or in limbo. today when Amma was giving her 1/2 episode bhashan, Why did not Rads once talk about what Vish and HER are doing to defame Shastriji's name.

It is Vish's word against Dev's ... she can always claim that the baby was his.. Vish, under Amma's influence is playing very dirty ... it will backfire on her.

What Rads and Dev have to do is get very smart and outwit her ... they can wait to go back to court but that will take time. In the meantime, it is going to be torture for us to see Amma and Vish ruling the roost ... but I think this will be the beginning of the end for both of them

Yes absolutely ... but remember how amma did not care for the reputaion of her son her gd and wanted to declare that it was Dev's baby.. so now no baby one can hardly prove the claim on both accounts of Dev and of Vish.. If the baby was still there Vish could not have ever enter PB...

Yes they would but than she has been away with Dev more than six months and if she wants to prove it as Dev's baby than she needs to be pregnant around six months and she was not..

I think it is time to bring in vikram...
Radhika knows that something went wrong in mumbai and vikram is connnected to it...also theres purab who knows almost everything about vishaka , so he can help (about, because we don't know if he knows about the pregnancy, mostly no ) .
Anyway, as vikram is in jail, rads and dev can make a deal with him. they will solve the mumbai problem for him , provided he accepts Vishakha and marries her...the hosp itla records can show how far along vish was and connect it to vikram as she was iin mumbai when she got pregnant ... that way, vishaka cannot say the kid was devs and also the divorce problem gets solved...
