I think there is only one picture. Vishaka had it initially and she either destroyed it or hid it in Vrindavan house. The second picture was given by the photographer and is in the storeroom. You may be right in saying that Dev would find out about it by looking at the picture rather than from Radhika's mouth (same as last year) and maybe it will also happen in about a month. So, just as the second wedding was almost around the anniversary of the first wedding, so will this truth come out almost a year later.
The problem for Radhika is not that Dev won't believe her, but the courts would require tangible proofs and only Devki, Nandu and the pictures combination can do that. There is additional stuff such as auditions being held at the same time in Vrindavan as well as some partial testimony from Purab. He can collaborate that Vishaka did run away, but decided to come back due to the PF money which she wanted for her career. So, it won't be one thing that would prove it, but a combination of all the factors that have to come at the same time.
Meanwhile, the question is will Radhika try to collect all the proofs herself or will she disclose it to Dev and even though he would be extremely angry with her, he would try to help her.
Anu: I hope you are right and Dev finds out about it first. That way, they can have a same confrontation they had it in Haridwar but without any witnesses.
