Asking Dev to go out is a solution

It is so funny that two different people are snatching things which doesn't belong to them. Vishaka is trying to snatch Dev and Shanthanu is trying to snatch Radhika. What they don't realize is that they will never own these two pious people by the heart because it belongs to the other partner for many births to come.

What happiness that Vishaka will get just owning Dev on paper? What satisfaction does it give her if she just stay under the same roof but doesn't belong to the crowd that lives there? What a moron she is! She was and is a poti of Amma who wants just materialistic satisfaction. For them the emotion deosn't matter.

The moment she realizes that Dev doesn't own anything now, and Dev is forced out of the house, she will ditch him. I think Daadi will throw this trick if nothing works out.

Regarding the proof about first marriage, no one's statement is going to stand as proof as all the witness has advantage in saying so.

Radhika and Dev's private conversation - It can be easily argued Dev had tutored Radhika.

Devki's statement - She is angered with Vishaka that is why she is saying against Vishaka.

Amma - Will never tell the truth. In fact she will argue Dev's proposal had came for Vishaka and in the name of Vishaka.

Photo - Anyone can construct the fake photos. In all the photos bride has been masked and the original copies of first marriage has been destroyed. So the photo also doesn't give the correct evidence.

By law Vishaka and Dev had been married, as the marriage had been registered in their name. (I am yet to see the proof)

So there is no tangible proof that could prove the first marriage was indeed with Radhika.

The biggest advantage is that Dev would be relived from the burden that he had married Vishaka. All the good Purothits can feel relived as Vishaka was never their Choti Bahu by the custom.

Regarding the property - law doesn't permit transferring the property at Dev's will as it belongs to his ancestor. The true inhesitance will go to Dev's kid. Not even to his fake wife - Vishaka. Since Radhika is all set to have Dev's kid, Vishaka can walk up side down in trying to get hold of Dev.

So all Vishaka can do is sit and watch her so called husband treating her like an insignificant worm and spitting out her venom in frustration.

If Dev goes out of PB definitely Vishaka won't follow him. But our dear Radhika will. So I vote for kicking out Dev to get rid off venomous Vishaka.
