HAPPY RAM NAVAMI TO ALL CBIANS 24 March

Sri-Ramnavami is dedicated to the memory of Lord Rama. The festival commemorates the birth of Rama who is remembered for his prosperous and righteous reign. Ramrajya (the reign of Rama) has become synonymous with a period of peace and prosperity. .

In South India especially Andhra Pradesh It is considered as Marriage day of Ram and Sita and in many temples Kalyanotsav (Panigarh) is performed in grand scale

Happy Navami to everyone. I too don't want to see Ramayan with Shantanu as Ravan, Vishaka/Amma/Mrin as Manthra (too many of them). But, they are dropping off hints after hints with Hanuman, Ram and Sita references.

I prefer Mahabharat where you kill your own cousins, uncles and brothers. Figuratively, Radhika needs to kill Vishaka/Amma and Dev Shantanu/chachoo/Arjun.

Yes, Ramnami is tommorow. I was scared for a while, I though I missed fasting which I never miss. Thanks Meena for correcting and I looked calander also.
