I know it was kinda obvious that Ishaan would turn out to be a bone head, but I must admit, I was really enjoying watching his charm and his dates with Mahi. I was like...woah 😆 And in the process, I never really thought much of Shiv. He was also absent for quite some time so that didn't help either! But the recent epi of MW really showed me a side to Shiv that I found incredibly charming.
The scene in which Mahi was pouring her heart out to Shiv was quite touching. And to be very honest, my eyes were fixed on Shiv alone. Just the way he was listening to her and absorbing everything she was saying was real nice. And it's quite telling that after a point, Mahi didn't even relaize that she was revealing all to him. It was almost like she was talking to herself. And when she turned her head, only then did she realize that she had poured her heart out to him.
Simply listening to someone is a good quality and quite rare in a man 😆 (joke!) But Shiv has such a quality and I loved how he wasn't judgemental and didn't give Mahi any long speeches. He simply told her that what she said was "all gone" and "hawa mein urdh gaya." I really liked that. Seriously, larke mein kuch to hai. He may not be suave and filthy rich like Ishaan. But he has the ability to listen and to simply be there without patronizing. And I was floored by the way he gently pushed Mahi's hair back and held her face. It was done in a very soft manner. Shiv definitely has a good aura about him. Ishaan on the other hand, was just an illusion. Shiv is Mahi's dream man. Oh and he looked verrryyy nice in a suit hehe! ☺️
