Sehban's 'Stations' has won the following awards in the 56th National Film Awards ceremony held today(19th March,2010) n President Pratibha Patil gave away the awards to the winners.
Sehban Azim played the lead role in the film 'Stations' which bagged two National Awards. N this short film 'Stations' was awarded the Best Short Fiction Film. N another to Manoj Kannoth for Best Editing for 'Stations'.
The film Stations had also won Best Short Fiction category award at 2nd International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala(2009). The film was also screened at 7th Karachi International Film Festival 2009.
Story line : The film 'Stations' weaves a complex contemporary form of expression, through fragmented stories of a few sparsely connected lives in transit, over an omnipresent dark urban reality of economic disparity, alienation, and bad faith.
