Yes he is very caring for her three sisters and in my opinion he is only worried about nupur that she doesn't be heartbroken because he doesn't know about mayank a lot as he knows about benji and samrat

aww gr8 post preeti..uday is basically really caring,swt nd protective abt her sisters...Jas Karan performs really well..he's a nice actor.. Dodo alwys reminds me of my bro..he alwys do senseless things like uday lolxx..life main ek bhai toh hona chaiye awww m feeling emotional now..all i can say bro-sis r'ship is the best r'ship in the world... *runs to hug my bro*
