I think if the Cv's are planning to bring back Shilpa then they should keep it as KaSh in whatever way possible
Same applies to JeRan that they should be kept together
The only two ways it is possible is:
1. Jennifer remains Riddhima and chooses Sid and Shilpa is the new doctor in Armaan's life as I think a lot of people care more about KaSh then AR
or
2. Shilpa becomes Riddhima, divorces Sid, goes to Armaan and Jennifer is re-introduced as either Tamanna or a new intern in Sid's life as a lot of SR fans care more about JeRan than SR
In short if KaSh and JeRan both are kept, then this show would be rocking with sizzling chemistries and at the same time both KaSh and JeRan fans would be happy too and neither Sid nor Armaan will be left heartbroken.
