Blooper!??

Im kinda confused...
I know Sid knows who Armaan is, because hes seen his pictures and saw him in Panchgani!
But how comes the other interns didnt know? Didnt they ever see his pic or anything?
And what has me confused the most is.....How do they know that Sid would recognize Armaan?!?!?!
As far as I know, Sid never told them anything....
