I think RS want to teach abhi a lesson adn may b keep simi's life in turmoil so Simbhi can never be in peace. So he is trying to takw away all for his sweet revenge.

I have to say all of the above. RB just wants to ruin the family and SimBhi for revenge. Maybe, he has other plans to come. You never know what CVs can do.

i think to ruin sethis financially as if their financially condition would be weak or poor then automatically they will become "good for nothing"....
