Yeah we have 3 karans now in Sanjeevani. I just wanna see a picture of all three of them standing together in Sanjeevani.

there are 3 Karans
but there is only one KING KARAN
and that is KARAN SINGH GROVER(KSG) THE REAL KARAN

Yes, now the qualification for getting a job in Sanjeevani if you are a guy is:

Your first name has to be Karan doesn't matter if you have a degree or not (and thats how Jiggy got promoted from a patient to a nurse - bcoz his first name is Karan)
