Mahi Vij's fitness mantra
Mahi Vij shares her fitness secret
My workout regime:
I wake up and have a warm glass of water and start yoga. I do my surya namaskars daily and that keeps me going. Yoga not only helps me unwind but also makes me relax mentally and physically as well as makes me lose inches.
My diet:
I eat just about everything, but in moderation. I'm lucky to have a petite frame so it takes me a while to put on weight. However, I do avoid carbs post eight in the night. I eat when I'm hungry ' I don't really believe in eating small portions throughout the day.
Happiness quotient:
A healthy mind leads to a healthy body. I think positive and try to stay calm whenever I'm facing a crisis. Spending time with my family gives me immense happiness, so at the end of a long working day, being with them brings a smile on my face.
Idea of relaxation:
Watching television, reading and sleeping! I love taking massages and that completely relaxes me. Holidays to scenic places is a great stress buster, I wish I could do that more often. Nothing relaxes me more than a cup of hot tea with toast, good music and a deep tissue massage thereafter ' bliss!
