Miley Cyrus 17 & Slutty – Well Miley Cyrus turned 17 and is now so slutty that its a wonder she didn't hookup with Tiger Woods.



At her 17th birthday party, Miley wore an outfit similar to what Julia Roberts wore in "Pretty Woman" when she played a hooker – pairing thigh high boots with booty shorts.




Miley recently added a tattoo that says "Just Breathe" under her left boob and wants everyone to look at it.



Miley will probably get all covered in tats like her big brother Trace Cyrus.



In the past six months, Miley's gotten her belly button pierced, her nose pierced, and started pole dancing at every performance.



Miley's "Wonder World" tour was a tour de force in exhibitionism.
Its almost like Miley has become a Lady Gaga wannabe.



I guess now that Miley's 17, it's time to be slutty.
