Karunya's destiny like Helu's?

It was bad that a great singer like Hemu left srgmp 😭. It was because while all the others singers had hometown support, Hemu didn't 😭. Will it be the same for Karunya?

Hopefully not.People should vote on the basis of talent and not on home town basis.He is after all an Indian. and duhhh its Indian Idol not Hyderabad idol or punjab idol or delhi idol.

He should not go, otherwise it will be a huge loss for Indian Idol. 😭 😭 I think people of India should only vote for best singers rather than by their region. Karunya is a fantastic singer.. 👏 👏 He'll surely make it to the top 3...

after 50 years of independence we people have not changed and are so biased in our thinking even when the judges are costantly saying they are besura people still vote for that guy because he is from there region.
can there be a bigger tragedy than hema being thrown out because his home region did not support him on oneQ side and debu winning coz his home region is supporting him.Quazi nine times thrown out and still wins.What do u call this.

Let's hope not. Hema made it to the top three. We need to support the talented singers like Karyuna so they can also make it that far at least. Hopefully all regional biases will be thrown out the window at that point. But yes, its easy to say vote for the best singer but thats something easier said than done. Unfortunately, voters support whoever they like w/o paying any regards to sur, taal or performance sometimes.

No I don't think it has anything to do with regionalism, Sony always puts a good deserving singer in the bottom 3 to get high TRP whenever Karunya is safe Amey is in danger or vice-versa.


I'm sure Karunya has a lot of supporters,who definitely vote for him.

i hope it indeed is a gimick played by sony cuz i would hate to see karu also fall prey to regionalism. i thought indian idol had less biased voting patterns and i hope i'm proved right. if karu goes, it really would be indian idols loss alone.

Hi guys what a relief to hear the versions of music lovers. Ya it is indeed indian idol and not regional idol. So much talk on this but still i am baffled to see singers like monali being voted out and karunya being in bottom 3 for the third time.Take music for music sake and let us not have another qazi tauqeer (no hard feelings guys - i too like qazi as a person but cannot accept him as a singer)Sometimes i feel the janata poll is doing all the harm to real music. Judges shud have the final say in this. Imagine lataji, rafi, kishore kumar, mannada voted out, if public were to chose. How sad. I pray god to give us good singers and save good singers from humiliation.

He won't be out and I know a lot of friend from north, punjab, delhi etc... who are voting him.

Regionalism was encouraged in SRGMP and that's why there were regional votes. That is the exact reason why I like Indian idol better, there is no regionalism shown here.
Karu will win, he has fans all over the country. Similarly I know some girls from south who are Amey fans, so Amey has fans all over the country.
I wish they become top2 and one of them win the crown as those two are the best on the show.
