New pattern of SRGMP hit or flop?

I think it is hit partially and flop partially.

why i say hit is: viewership increased. i knew abt the show before but never followed it regularly. Many people came to know abt the show. Last time srgmp winners r nowhere seen now coz the kind of coverage and light they got that time was very much less compard to now, though they were equally gud in singing. Now, everybody knows the top 10 singers. even music directors, host and show director r well known all over the country.

Flop: coz, earliar, all well known musicians used to judge. so, the winner was definitely a gud quality singer. now, number of votes doesnt make one a better singer compared to others. Arguably, best singers left early in this current srmgp show ( say from top 5).

If Zee starts judging the contestants using well known musicians...they wont be able to compete with indian idol. their market will fall rapidly.

If they continue what they r doing....we mite not get best singers as voting is mostly regional or arbitrary.

true that Many people came to know abt the show and involved in the show by public voting..

But it shud be kept 2 some extent... till final 12 only!

after selecting final 12.. panel of judges shud be invited.
