Hi All,

I am thinking about uploading Pilot episode screenplay to start with for the Powder fans who might be seriously interested in reading it. If there are any such fans out there then they can let me know and I will upload the .pdf file. But please do not request the upload only because you are curious to see how it looks like. I wuld love to upload for someone who is seriously interested in reading it. Also at some point I want to start a discussion into the making of the music of Powder, which is created much prior to the shoot, based on the mood of the story for people who'd be interested in knowing about it.

First of all, A very Happy Holi!

I am very interested to read the screenplays of Powder.

I too echo Ika's opinion about the music, so will not write anything more about it...

As I read, I realised there were really few details which I don't remember seeing on show.
Like when Brinda walkouts on Mahendra without signing puchnama, here she winks at Kartik unnoticed to Mahindra but I don't remember seeing this in first episode.Secondly I don't also remember seeing Brinda signing register when going ANC and sribbling out Mahendra's name.

And there were other minor details/dialogues which I think weren't added. I would like to know why is that sir? And sir I also would like to know the order of some scenes were not exactly how they showed in show. Does the order of scenes are decided later?

Apart from it, reading the screenplay of Powder was really really great. I would love to read more.😃 Embarrassed

Helo Ika,

There are many things like that that you will notice. There are certain things that are dropped to keep the pace of the story flowing when you see it visually. They do not flow as well on screen as they flowed on paper. Then of course all TV shows have time constraint of the slot, and certain things go because of that.

That's where you will find small things in screenplay that never make it to the final telecast :)

I myself liked the bit of Brinda signing the name and then striking Mahendra's name out :)

And as for downloading score of Powder, I believe Vipin has already uploaded and I have posted the link also on I-F. If the audio is streaming all you need to do is record it through software Audio-Hijack Pro.

But before that please start a discussion here on I-F about the Powder Music Download so that we can know who is recording and what, just a feedback for ourselves.

Yes, I remember tht link you posted, I even bookmarked it, but only thing I didn't knew was how to download it. I'll try downloading that software and then record the background score, as I love it so much.
