Viewers' response accepted; MJHT gets back old flavor
Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum will wrap up its ongoing track, as a result of strong negative criticism coming from viewers...
Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum, produced by Sunshine Productions had recently started playing on the eve-teasing track, which resulted in Gunjan (Sanaya Irani) getting hurt. This was followed by Nupur (Rati Pandey) and her group of friends protesting against the issue.
However, viewers openly condemned this track and raised their voice notifying the channel and production house that they wanted the original light-hearted college flavor to be re-introduced soon. The creative team had initially planned to run this track for more than a month or so, but they soon took notice of the negative criticism coming in, and decided to end the track immediately.
According to our source, "The decision to finish the ongoing track was taken sometime last week. The story was modified in order to give full justice to it, and now we will see the culmination of this track in the coming Tuesday and Wednesday's episodes".
As per the present story line, Nupur's life is in danger and she will be harassed by goons in the coming episodes. "But Nupur being the strong girl finds a way out and puts an end to the political career of Jitendera Devraj (JD), played by Imran Khan and sends him and his brother Yash Devraj (Abhinav Kapoor) behind bars. This track will wrap up in a very positive way, which will give a new lease of life to Nupur, Gunjan, Mayank (Arjun Bijlani) and others", adds our source.
Soon after the track ends, there will be a Holi bash too shown in the college. "With this, Miley Jab Hum Tum will get back its old flavor, which is exactly what the viewers demanded. The Holi bash with lots of masti and fun moments will be shown", further informs our source.
The buzz is that Gunjan who is presently seen in a wheel chair will also go thro' her recovery in a week or so. Samrat (Mohit Sehgal) will be determined to make her alright, and his efforts will soon be successful. However, the creative team has not yet worked on the story line regarding Gunjan's recovery.
We talked to Imran Khan aka Jitendra Devraj who said, "Yes, I have been told that our track will soon come to an end. When I entered the show, I knew that my role will be a cameo, but I had been told that the track would run for more than a month. But as you know, tracks in daily soaps are so unpredictable".
Rati Pandey will have some strong scenes as the track reaches its culmination. When contacted, Rati says, "This track is actually my personal favorite, as I got to do so much. All I can say is that the track wraps up next week, but the manner in which Nupur goes about accepting the challenge is really interesting. I would want to keep the suspense alive. I can only say that Nupur will go thro' a lot, and will almost breathe her last. After all, she is a very strong sister indeed (smiles)".
