Why can't Geeta handle criticism?

I have been noticing her behaviour since a long time. While Remo and Terrence seem to take criticism in good spirit, she always jumps on the defensive when someone says something about her contestants. I think it's very obnoxious for a professional choreographer to react like this. What Remo said about Dharmesh today was very true, IMO. Dharmesh always incorporates something or the other from his shailey in each of his performances, and I don't think he said it rudely either for Geeta to give an hour long 'defensive' flashback on his performances.
Has someone else felt that way?

I am not liking this two faced attitude by Geeta. When it comes to Shakti, good attempt for trying something new. When it comes to Dharmesh, oh you've tried all these styles. Was he good in all? His contemporary and salsa were terrible, he had no expressions at all.

Terrence was being really nice to Dharmesh. I'm glad Remo has started to talk about versatality, maybe he learnt his lesson from Prince last year.

Agree with you. All 3 masters are very protective of their own this season. Terrence never admits to any shortcomings by his contestants, and neither does Remo and neither does Geeta.

The discussion aside, I did feel that Shakti's performance today was just what it was - a good attempt. I don't want to bring in the Shakti vs Dharmesh comparison in here, but I agree with Geeta on this one.
However, what you said about Geeta always picking on other contestants is true. She never seems to accept her own mistakes, and keeps pointing out errors in other contestants. Her partiality is blatantly obvious. And yeah, I'm glad Remo pointed that out, and atleast Dharmesh took it in good spirit, if not his mentor herself 😊

Geeta feels a lot insecure when her contestants are criticized. Maybe she is a female and therefore expresses her insecurity unlike Remo and Terence. But then if she doesnt like criticism, she should stop criticizing other team contestants as well. Maybe that she came THIRD last season (Remo's contestant came first and Terence's contestant came second in DID-1), she might be feeling a lot more insecurity this season, and she also knows Dharmesh is her best contestant and she is pinning her hopes on him. I dont have a problem with her defending her dancers if she does it nicely. I also wish that she doesnt put down a dancer and his/her act without a valid reason. Nevertheless I still like her even though she annoys me at times. I like all three of them and would prefer all three of them to stay in the show. DID wont be the same without the same three masters.

LOL, that cracked me up 😆 Do you imply that women are always more insecure than men ? Otherwise I don't see what being a 'female' has got to do with the competition.
