Canada did, and not India, so why laugh at U.S. on IF?? I dont get it..

Just my little nationalism coming out....people were hating on the US after they beat Canada at hockey...but we beat the US in this...so I was expressing my happiness =)...it wasn't directed at anyone...meant to be a soliloquy (that everyone sees hehe)

It was a great performance...and rare to see Bollywood on such a level (come on you have to admit it...nobody else ever tried it)...my only peeve with the routine is that the songs have been so overused...every wedding that I've gone to in my community they've had girls performing to those songs lol...which isn't their fault..but when I heard those songs my mind shut off but I still watched their performance =)

Oh okay... I was wondering what's going on.. I wasnt following Winter Olympics this time, as I was more hooked onto DID and IF... No worries... LOL, I am quite amused to see such spirit on IF... 😃

In fact I love that Jai Ho song more and more every time I see a performance on it... It's being used everywhere - so true! I have it in my car too!! That's one song that never bores me even on repeat mode... And it reminds me of Terence's Jai Ho dance too!! 😳 😃

no dear u r not the only one...infact I too think Jai Ho is not such a big deal..I think it is not Rahman's best...its just that it got noticed in the Slumdog movie...Rahman has sooo much better songs...Jai Ho happened to be at the right time in the right place...

^^^ I totally agree that Jai Ho wasnt ARR's best song... He had done master pieces in Tamil and Hindi... But Jai Ho is the one that gained him international recognition.. And that's one song that all kinds of people can enjoy and dance without language or cultural barriers... Of all ages, races, nationalities - everyone can enjoy it...
