I think you mean the instances where he says 'Tera tender khol dunga'?
This is my understanding of it (I may be wrong) -
'Tender' here is being used in the sense of a bank 'tender' or account/registration with a bank and what he usually means by that expression is that 'I'll kill you/Teri chhutti kara dunga'
The idea here is that he's saying 'I'll open an account with God for you' in the sense that I'll kill you and send you to heaven 😆
