Oh it's a telugu word also ?

mmhh.. i think hemu pronounced it correctly.. juz tht i didnt get it. Infact, I cudnt figure out the word even when i was hearing the hariharan original version ..

Both the versions were correctly sung but u know sometimes u juz dun get the lyrics and then wen u realise wht the word is, it makes much more sense.

It's not the first time.. i had even this problem figuring out the lyrics of some other hindi songs..

but ya .. the point still comes bk to the fact that Hemu sang Magnificently.. at first i had a lil doubt whether he'll be able to match hariharan's version but he sang it sooo well tht it really moved me..

Really 15 secs? but Subash Ghai mentioned 7 secs the other time ..

he sang it amazing.
this reminds me of the sweet remark that diya mirza had made when he sang saathiya "hemachandra, you made me see/feel things that i havent seen/felt in a long time."

Hi there !For those of you who could not figure out the word "Preyasi"....

I had heard this song from taal about 5 years back and never listened after that.I dint and still dont know the lyrics of the song. But I had absolutely no difficulty in making out that it was Preyasi.I agree that he has got a diction problem....he himself has agreed in one of the interviews and he is seriously working on it.

I think its a really small thing to concentrate on.I think his capacity of holding the breath for something like 15secs speakes volumes about his hold on muuic and voice control.Achieving it is such, such hard work,belive me.He is so young and has emerged as a fantastic singer ! He has got a strong music foundation.All that he needs to do is work on his diction.We all need to remember that He is singing in a language thats not his mothertoungue and also not may people in south talk in hindi.So why be so harsh on him.

Just wait and watch world.......he is a star in making!will definitely get bigger and brighter than the rest!

especially as in the original song i think sukhwinder does the preyasi bit (i read that in another thread and just listened to the original now)..

so they had to get 2 singers to do it, but hema did it alone 😊 👏 👏
