Why all love stories have sad ending?

Today having seen Ridhima and sid's marriage,I was crying badly.Actually I was connecting the situation to our life.Why most of the love stories end sadly.Bhagwan aisa kyoo kar rahe ho?Pyar karne walonko alag karke unhe kya milega?Armaan and Ridhima were made for each other.Then why this happened to them?.(Yahan bhagwan ke jagah CVs hain).
When she burnt Armaan's picture,my heart really broke.
Please give your opinion on the basis of AR and also on our lives.
