Unfortunately I did not enjoy the song. Voice seemed quite ordinary here.
so I settled for a 7/10.

Voice becomes too thin in certain places...goes on singing straightly, high notes are not as high as they should be..mellow-singing overall..actually, this up-beat song requires full energy in the voice of the singer.. so, according to me, its 7 out of 10

Another good performance by Alisha. This song required a lot of energy and passion from the singer, and Alisha brought that into the song. I don't think it was as good as her last round though. As someone else said, her high-pitch portions weren't as good, and I think her overall voice quality could've been better, as she shown us what she can do. Nonetheless, she sang various parts in this song and overall I'd still say she did a good job handling them all.

Mediocre performance. It was good, but nothing much above average for Bollywood.

I would like to consult my fellow judges and the audience about the high notes:

They weren't 'good' by the Indian standard. This is not how an Indian classical singer would sing high notes. She sang in a more Western, choral style - which was good because it fitted in better with the mood of the song than a more Indian way of singing would have done. Also, it made her voice sound very fresh, ethereal and fairy-like. But there was considerable thinning in her voice and a great loss of clarity in some of the high parts. Considering the high notes weren't very high anyway (other singers in this competition have gone higher), what should we do?

I think the song required energy, passion, and joyful mode, which Alisha brought. These were very important for a song like this. Her singing was medicore, but she brought the right mood for the song.

The song required an effervescence which Alisha brought. But a frothy voice can only take her performance up to a six from me, especially since her voice quality loses its froth when she goes low or high. The singing is quite reminiscent of Vasundhara Das's 'Salaam Namaste' in round 1 and so is my score.

6/10

like the peppy perky tone that is rendered in this song
kind of sounded repetetive
so without further ado
7/10
