Do you agree w/ Jyoti's decision to force her family to allow her to not participate in the wedding, just to let Sudha attend w/o fear from CM?

Here are some discussions we had on it, but am interested to hear what others think as well. Multiple options allowed above in weighing in what all should have been done by the Sharmas, not just Jyoti unilaterally.
