I think this could be the explanation. I also have a feeling, Ragini heard the conversation. Looking at her face when she said Mummyji and looked at her, I could see a hurt feeling in her face.And during the conversation, the smile that Ragini gave is more a smirk than a smile. Why do you folks think?
