I just watched all the episode for this so called "Swayamvar" first of all 90% of the girls in the show are for screen space and to be famous, 9% is either money hungry or has no life, and 1% of them giving a benefit of the doubt might really want to marry Rahul (I am not them so I can't say for 100% what is in their heart, but I would not want to be them and BE THERE..YUCK). For such a beautiful thing in life like "marriage", they have made it into the biggest joke on national Tv. Viewer are not blind. Most of these girls are either models, actresses, anchors or designers, its a no brainer why they are on the show. I feel sorry for Rahul.
- Lets take Sonia, she was eliminated basically because of her age, she was techniqually better household wise and more down to earth then the rest of the girls for her "so called age", Yet she was eliminated.
- Well Hardeep is ONLY one year older, that is nothing, you don't become that much more mature in a year and neither is she ready for marriage, she is clearly there to use Rahul as a ladder to a famous career. Harpee also seems like she is putting on a show.....way she speaks.......like all she wants is media to notice her.
- Dimpy aka "dumpy", I can't believe how blind Rahul is. Please answer why would a girl like that want to marry a man like him????? She is beautiful, "awara", and has other motives in life. She has even tried out for Gladrags, so she is stricly here to be noticed by media and if things work out, USE Rahul and his famous status to achieve to the platform she wants to be ate and later drop him in the garbag like a used napkin, give me a break.
- Nikunj, first I thought that yes they seem like they have chemistry and she is geniuin about marriage with this man, ERRRRR WRONG!!!!! She also nothing but a golddigger or looking for a "break".
- Swati, she isn't at all interested. I think she thinks that this is Indian Idol, so if someone can please tell her she is in the wrong show. But I would have to agree she does sing very well, it does go right through your heart.
- Charmy Charmy Charmy, arrrreee yaaarrr, your such a kid! Your telling me your ready for marriage??? I think you just want a easy way out of life's hard work and making money. This isn't guda gudi ka khel yaar!!!
- Mani, don't know her that well, but she is very honest about her feelings and right on the money about some of the girls. She is a very easy going person. She seems like neither does she want this but neither does she not want this. It can go either way for her. If it works out great if it doesn't work out, oh well, try my luck next time.
- The two NRI chics are on the show to be just show pieces that are just there for screen space and a "break" also. I have not even seen them ONCE attempt to talk to Rahul or have a date. And neither do they complain about it like some of the other girls, that the same girls keep going on dates.One doesn't even speak, yet they are not eliminated. Why? Because they are "tall"?
- And last but not least PRIYA!!! If she opens her mouth one more time, I think I will have to admit myself to the "Mental ward of AGRA" God she is such a fake with her "10 year old love story" ARE YOU KIDDING ME LADY?? Rahul isn't dumb (maybe but not in this case at least) he doesn't buy that for a min. You are just making a fool of yourself on national tv. With her long lectures and speech, seems like she wants to go in to politics and what better way can there be. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PRIYA HAS NOT BEEN ELIMINATED AS OF YET, she is the most annoying person. I think he has kept her on the show still, so that he can use her when he is left with Nikunj, Hardeep, Dimpy and Mirnmai, where he will be stuck and can't eliminate anyone. Priya is his "get out of jail free" card"
- Now for some positives, Mirnmai is the one that I would give the benefit of the doubt to. She is the only one with a smaller generation gap. She is also very mature and seems like a women of substance and self-respect, with good judgement. Her intention might be the same as the rest of the girls, to just marry him because he is rich and famous(personally I didn't even know who he was...I had to google) but even with that intention she seems like she will fulfill the relationship and try her hardest from her side.
What I don't understand is Why Rahul??? I mean majority of these girls are in their 20's, very young and beautiful. They have a whole life ahead of them and can get any good guy. So why here, why like this??? Well I guess that this is their choice and their life but I had to write on the forum about my faustration. I am a silent reader and finally decided to watch the whole thing and after finishing, I must say, I am shocked!😲 How low some girls can go just to get on tv and be famous. Rahul may very well be a nice guy, not the most handsome, but I wish that they had put girls that were more serious and wanted to actually get married and married for the RIGHT reasons. They made this into a joke instead.............😕.........
p.s........sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings or said something about a girl that they are a fan of this is my POV.........and I had to vent.............sorry again 😊
