My Feb 10th episode review

It was pure torture.

I cannot believe that they would give such simple songs for final competition.I think the judges were just trying to impress the MD especially HImesh, so they are in good terms. GIving 10 for those performances was proof itself. Kunal seemed totally uninterested and was pressing buttons like a little kid having fun with it. He probably would have given 10 before the performance itself. I felt that Sreya was a little scared about HImesh, because initally she gave 9 for the first performance and then continued with 10. It was more a sympathetic vote and they said it themselves just to boost morale.

I feel bad for Shaan that he was muddled into HR politics. It is ridiculous that they talked about points like it is candy. Disgusting!!!!

I think both of them should not be getting more than 7-8. BUt honestly going by this episode, Debojit was definitely better. ( I am not Debojit's fan by the way. The good ones are gone already. JUst today's and 9th performance). I figured when we are choosing a finalist the less tone deaf, less annoying singer may be better.

The mentors actions as again was disgusting. HImesh was clearly unhappy when Debojit was given 10 and judges praised him. Ijust hope that he will continue to support and beg for chances to sing in movies for VInit once the contest is over after all this hype
