Prem is restless. Tushar's proposing to kareena is running through his mind again and again. He hears Kanwal and Dadu talk about Kareena and him. Prem along with Priyanka discussing Kareena when kareena calls prem. She tells him about reema khan 'Prem, staying here with tillu is getting too complicated and I am contemplating leaving Chamatkar. Prem is happy to hear that. He encourages kareena to leave chamatkar and return to Pali Niwas, but kareena says 'No, Prem. I want to now rent an apartment on my own, and call mom dadu and jeeya to Mumbai forever; I am tired to living this lonely life'. Prem feels bad. He tells kareena his friend has an empty house in Mumbai and would be glad to rent it out to her. An emotional moment between kareena and Prem. Priyanka is watching this carefully. Kareena tells Tribhuvan that Prem has found an apartment for her and she will be shifting there. She cant stay here. Kareena sees Reema Khan rattling off a list of expensive baby products for tillu and cosmetics for herself to tushar.Priyanka is convincing prem that he should fight to get his love back. She makes Prem realize how much Kareena's family loves him and have almost accepted him as their jamai. She says as soon as she sees Kareena she will know if kareena loves him. Kareena tells Tushar she has decided to move to a new house. Now that Prem is not in town she has nothing to worry about. Tushar does not like the idea but Kareena convinces himPrem and Priyanka make deal. Prem will give Priyanka her much needed break in the work of music and Priyanka will get kareena back for Prem Kareena is packing her bags. Tushar comes to meet her. He tells her ' I know why you are leaving, because you feel awkward staying at chamatkar with you baby… I understand.' He takes her hand kisses it. Kareena feels guilty and miserable. Tushar continues 'very soon I will talk to mom about our relationship, then everything would fall into place'. Kareena is shocked.
