Help with adding images to the post!

I'm stuck and so are a couple of other people on the forum. I don't know how to add an image to the post. The picture always ends up as this

Got this from Mika girl23 post. Thank you so much mika. But its not working.

Posting the picture saved on your computer:
1). click on this: and browse to find your image.
2). click ok and it will be posted

Posting the picture if its uploaded:
1). you can upload your picture at: http://img217.imageshack.us/
2).then click on this:
3). paste in the image URL and click ok

The problem is that I don't even have the icon to work this out 1). click on this: and browse to find your image

Ok now this is how it is. I followed the instructions given in the best couple collage contest. And there is this tab for posting the picture saved on your computer. I don't have that. And when I try to upload it fromsome website it doesn't work.

umm go to www.tinypic.com and
upload your image. if you scroll down a bit..you'll see something like
this..

copy [ctrl+c] the address from the space next to where it says "Link"

then using this tag

between the two bracket sets, paste [ctrl+v] the address you copied.
