Absolutely agree with you, Lily!! Geeta harped on about how Indian Dance is important, must be shown and it is our tradition, Then how come she chose Teena over Amrita in the Auditions. Amrita from Kolkata did a fantastic Indian nritya while Teena did some Item song.She shd at least stick to her principles!! Khatte Angoor as they call it. I simply love Terence's attitude and approach towards all the dancers, even if his own team may make mistakes he points them out honestly, whereas Geeta and Remo get defensive and put down the other team dancers. Frankly, from Terence's nature you can tell that he is a true Dance Master and choreographer. Dance isd important to him and he sees all contestants as children who want to learn and get right guidance.
Remo also used to be quite open initially but of late, he has started to pick on choreographies that are excellent with the same old story,-this is your strength do something different.. Blah blah blah.
Hope they take a better stand next time and are at least ahonest abt their criticisms as this involves not judges but the young contestants who are working hard

hey u make a good point about Geeta harping on how Indian dances shud be given importance and then choosing Teena and Shruti over Amrita...who btw was good in both classical as well as western dances... good point...

I agree that Geeta should have picked Amrita, but over Shruti... Teena is Geeta's assistant and that could be the reason she wanted her to stay in her top six... Not sure though...
