WOW the epi starts off with the sight of our hottie in black. yeh toh achcha hona hi hai.
Madam Black beauty is happily walking in the palace of Mr. Hottie thinking back to the graciousness of Aai Sahib and his highness Dutta bhau...especially how her lil Sethji will get to go to school. She is beyond happy when a stern voice calls her from behind "Suno" and she freezes in mid step. Nervously she turns and her fingers are playing with her dupatta as Mr. Hottie in black takes a royal walk towards her. š³ "I never asked you why that inspector was behind you" he says.. "His name was Morey right".. she twists the duppatta even vigorously and he sees her hesitation as she says "Sahib".. He puts up his palm stopping any sense of fear in her and says "Don't tell me if you don't want to. Everyone has secrets. Even i do." She looks up finally being able to meet his eye. "You could have left me to die" he acknowleges. She thinks back to the scn when she turned and insisted on helping him. "Someone at the scene has even suggested the idea..i remember" he continues. She feels ashamed thinking of her father and looks down again. "But you are not one of them. You have courage." She looks up again and this time with more admiration. "And I have a lot of respect for people who have courage. I will never forget this." He says with assurance and leaves her in more admiring thoughts as she watches his royal back walking away from her. š³šš (Me loves it when the man of few words speaks and leaves my heart along with Nakku's fluttering like a butterfly).
Baaji takes Ganpat aside and explains to him his work. He says Dutta bhau has wine yards (tries to make Ganpat say it but he can't for his life). He tells Ganpat he's gonna work there and warns him if he comes to work drunk. "Agar tu peeke kaam pe aaya.. kya?" Agar tu peeke kaam pe aaya "To samajh mein teri maut bulaya" Wah Wah kya shayari hai.š Ganpat tells him he will do work diligently and not get drunk. Aai shapat but Baaji looks less than convinced. He threatens that Ganpat has only seen Dutta's love but has not seen his anger. If Dutta gets angry then Ganpat is as good as dead.
Ganpat says that one great man once told him that drinking will only ruin your liver and not your character. Baaji and Ganpat joke a little and he leaves Ganpat. Ganpat thinks that Baaji is a little crazy but a good man at heart.
Aai Sahib tells sisters trio to explain the work to Babi and Nakku. She makes special mention that Nakku is a seedhi-saadhi lakdi and you should take care of her as she saved your brother's life. Kala asks for Babi's name and Roopa thinks that its Bobby. But Babi corrects her. The three sisters introduce themselves Kalavati, Leelavati and Roopvati (aka Roops). [BTW Kala has a constant dialog that irritates which goes like " Jo bhala na jaane Jo bura na jaane woh kalavati ko kya jaane" and Roops constantly has to say "How cute"]
Babi and Nakku are sent to kitchen and Roops complains about having to eat food made by them as they look like people who have no sense of hygiene. Kala says its Aai Sahib's order and if they don't like it they have to make their own food. She taunts her sisters on being stupid and not having brains like her. She says that Babi is a "kismat ki maari" and Nakku is someone who lacks self esteem because of the way she looks, neither of them are of the type that will open their mouth and they can do whatever with them. She tells her sisters why they shoudl let go of the opportunity to have two free naukranis. She tells the other two all they have to do is keep taunting Nakku about her looks and everything else will fall in place. Even though Nakku saved Bhau's life she is of no other use now so they will use her to get all the minute by minute news about Bhau.
Babi and Nakku come into the kichen and are impressed by the electric appliances and the neat way everything is organized. Sisters trio comes in and Leela immediately comment on Nakku's color. Asks Babi what she ate while pregnancy. Babi feels bad. Roops calls Nakku black beauty and says "how cute na" and Nakku smiles back at her. Kala addresses Babi and says that she doesn't ahve to explain much as Babi is older than her and more experienced. So she simply tells her what everyone likes. Aai sahib always needs a sweet desert at the end of a meal. Anay (her son i think thats his name) and Pari (i think Leela's daughter) only eat Poori with something (didn't hear). Roops is figure conscious so eats food with minimal oils and masala. Leela has a theekhi tongue so she likes spicy food. Kala's huband only eats Shakahari (veg?) twice a week where as Leela's husband never eats Shakahari food. And finally Kala will eat anything they make with love (watch me roll my eyes). The sisters are about to leave but Nakku darling who only wanted to know what a certain Mr. Hottie in black wants for food stops them and reminds them that they missed out someone very important (arree most important yaar).
She asks what her brother likes. Babi is surprised at Nakku's audacity. Kala turns and nicely tells her that Bhau needs to be forced to eat. And for that he has his aai and 3 loving sisters. (watch out Nakku don't take too many liberties just yet). The sisters leave and Babi tells Nakku how she thinks she is dreaming. She makes her pinch her arm and then thanks God and apologizes for not having faith in him before when Morey was after them. She says she now believes there is a God and Dutta was sent by him. Then they get to work.
Nakku is standing with a tray of food and Hottie in black is turning through files with his back to her. She says "Sahib Khana" He barely even hears it. She repeats and he says Hmm.. rakhdo and continues to work. She puts the tray down and says again "khana thanda ho raha hai sahib". He turns around not quiet annoyed but more intrigued by the girl in front of him thinking that he must have never had anyone interrupt him this way. He puts the file down and looks at her. She tries to assume what he is thinking and says "Nakku is not leaving till you eat". He is again surprised by her courage (aree mein hoti toh Dutta bhau ke stare dekh kar pani pani ho gayi hoti.. i am sure even Dutta bhau was thinking the same). But he sits and she pushes the tray towards him on the table and steals a glance as he heart is beating a millions times in a minute to see if there is any sign of annoyance on his face. But he maintains an unreadable expression and takes a bite of of the roti dipping it in the sabji. She watches him chew his first bite and then turns to leave and he tells her "Nakku....khana achcha bana hai". She smile proudly and walks away. Suddenly the whistle on the cooker blows and her mother nudges her out of her sweet dream. She comes back to reality and gets back to work.
In comes Kalavati and compliments the mother-daughter duo on having taken over the kichen so fast. She then requests for tea as she has a splitting headache and needs to clean her WHOLE room today. Nakku the darling offers to make tea and clean the room too but Kala says she'll go to hell if she makes Nakku work that way. She says she'll just drink some tea put some balm and tie a band on her head and get to work but ofcourse Nakku darling won't have it that way. She is ordered by Nakku to take rest and her tea will be ready in a jiffy.
THE end of an otherwise enjoyable epi for the most amount of Nakku-Dutta interaction till date. š
Precap: Nakku sees a girl lurking around in the house and thinks her to be a theif and gets into a fight with her and everyone comes running hearing her scream.
Me thinks this is the girl with whom Dutta's rishtey ki baat is going on and is doing the cameo. Poor girl..usse kya pata ki Dutta ki Diwani is already in the house waiting to attack anyone who threatens her position.š
