Why has Mal not fired Sad yet???

It seems that Mal fires everyone at their first mistake. It seems that Sad has made a few, but is still her PA.....I wonder why. A thought came to my mind. Mal is a "business tycoon".......so I am sure she got all the details on Alekh and his business before the contract and also the whole court case situation was all over the news. There is no way that some so sucessfull wouldn't know about such things. I mean Alekh and his family are pretty famous in Bidaai Land.....so there is a chance that Mal does know everything about Alekh and maybe she is helping Sadhna to be independent as well as make Alekh realize her importance. There reason I think so is when she told Alekh "how hard working Sad is and it seems like she has been hurt deeply and using that as her strength to prove herself"..................but at the same time she yells at Sad.........really confusing..........

she hasn't fired Sad because she has seen how hard working she is. mallika mentioned it herself infront of aalekh. she says to him that ti seems like someone has hurt her alot, and she is trying to make it her strength. really hard working girl.

If she makes mistakes, mallika yells, but when saadhna comes to do any work, she does it iwth full dedication. and that's why mallika likes her

well i dont think mallika will fire sadhna because she respects sadhnas dedication to the job...so far every task that she has given sadhna, sadhna has outdone herself! shes been a great employee and even the other managers like sadhna...

i guess she is looking at her dedication.......But I still find it hard to believe that she is unaware that Alekh is married and who Sadi is after all the news on tv and sinch the Rajvansh are a big name in the city.........but I guess its not suppose to make sense

Creatives do not think that people have brains .. so they have placed a young business Tycoon .. Mallika suddenly out of the blue who does not know about her business partner background and also ignorant about general knowledge ..... but yipeeee .. she is a business tycoon .... that's creatives for you ....

So you must got the hint ..... Vasu fixing Mallika for Alekh and snet divorce papers to Sadhna (which would be shown today) .... and Sadhna would sign it to free Kaushalya Niwas from mortgage ..... a typical sas bahu melodrama ..... and out great Alekh would not say anything to his Mamma and would agree and marry Mallika ..... that's what going to happen .... watch it .... do not try to find any reason and sence ....

navaneeta they aren't divorce papers...they were reports...she was in a hospital...they r kaushi's reports...Divorce isn't even in their minds yet...as saadhna will be going to the Rajvansh house with mallika for Ranvir's homecoming party
