chitu - yeh customers rude hota hai, but we just need to be calm and get over with it... it happens all the time with me too... but thankfully most of my clients are very nice... some r rude, but you try to learn to neglect them... haha OR ask stupid saasu to handle them... hahaha.... woh bhagaadegi usko....
