AGREED. It probably is Inder because, he knows that he can't get any money from them seeing as they ARE bankrupt but he can do that to satisfy his ego because Damini has clearly OWNED him so many times...and she's a woman...so there. Easy enough reason. And Prithvi, Sameer and Varun are his biggest enemies too...therefore ALL THE MORE reason to MURDER their mother.
