Ichha comes home to find Tapu waiting for her in their living room. Taps appears all worried and enquires Ichha how was her meeting with the patient at the rehab centre? Ichha is lost in thought, and replies that she has just come to know that the patient is Vansh, Veer's older brother. Tapu acts surprised to learn that Ichha is the "teacher ji". Ichha tells Tapu that she is feeling anxious about Vansh being Veer's brother, and why neither Veer nor Tapu ever told her about him, and his condition. Ichha says that she feels it is not right for her to continue meeting Vansh, and says that she will not go to visit the rehab centre again, particularly, as Tapu's saas was also there, and she would not like her to meet Vansh as she knows she is the Teacher ji. Tapu manipulates Ichha, and convinces her against her decision, stating that it is her duty to take care of her soon to be brother-in-law, as now Tapu will get her married to Veer. As expected, Ichha vehemently reputes marrying Veer. To which, Tapu says not to argue with her and go to room and rest as she knows best, and requests Ichha not to mention Vansh to Veer, as Veer does not like to talk about Vansh or his illness with anyone. She asks Ichha to keep Vansh's identity a secret. Ichha agrees and leaves the room. On her departure, Tapu says a little prayer in her heart, and thanks God for creating such an entangled web of love between Veer-Ichha- Vansh.
Vansh is all happy at the rehab centre and expresses his joy by requesting a nurse to paint. It is night time, Veer is standing in his balcony with the signed divorce papers is his hand, and remembering about the events wherein Tapu finally agrees to divorce him. And he holds out a pic of Iccha and says to himself, Ichha you should now have no objections to accepting me and my love, as Tapu also has given her blessing to our relationship (background score: kuch khas hai, kya yai pyar hai) . Next, they show Vansh engrossed in painting a picture of Ichha in his room and smiling to himself as he also relives the moments of his meeting earlier with Ichha (background score: "saiyan" by Khailash kher) . With the saiyan background still playing, they move on to show Ichha standing by her window, with a concerned look , as she thinks about Vansh, and how she blamed him for Paras's death, how he praised her in front of his mother, and remarked that her coming has brought back a ray of hope in his life.
Tapu is in her room and lovingly looking at her wedding album when she comes across some loose pictures of Sid and herself in romantic embraces. Tapu looks a little horrified and starts burning the pics, one by one. As she is burning the pics, she comes across one of hers and Veer's, and her expression slowly turns malicious and she snubs Veer, calling him naive to think that Tapu will let go of him that easily, even after signing the divorce papers. For Veer belongs "exclusively" to Tapu and no one else.
In the Bundela house, Veer's mom is pensively thinking about Ichha and how Vansh has come to depend on her, how longingly he looked at her when he asked Ichha to promise him to visit again. Veer's mom's thought are broken by her husband who asks his wife why she is still worried as Vansh is taking his medications again. His wife gives no answer and leaves the room saying that she has an errand to run.
Next day, Veer goes to Thakur's residence with a bouquet of flowers for Ichha. Finding the front door open, he walks straight to Ichha's room, where he finds her asleep. He knocks on the door and greets her with a loving smile. As Ichha painfully tries to raise herself off the bed, Veer runs to help her, and enquires about her health (background score: kuch khas hai, kya yai pyar hai). Ichha tells Veer not to worry about her as she is better, and that he should not have brought her flowers. Ichha is feeling awkward as she recalls her meeting with Vansh and her promise to Tapu, of not telling Veer about Vansh. In the meantime, Mami accidently sees Veer sitting alone with Ichha and decides to give this news to Tapu for the rest of the family has gone to the mandir. Veer asks Ichha why she is so tense, is there a problem? Ichha replies that he should not have come into her room, and henceforth, they should stay apart as their association will only hurt Tapu and Ammo. Veer tries to make her understand but Ichha cuts him short and keeping a straight face she tells Veer that she has moved on and has left her past in the past. Veer is sad and cannot stop looking at her as he hears her say these words.
