Mumbai, April 6: Popular actress Aishwarya Rai on Sunday said the Salman Khan chapter was a "nightmare" in her life and she would "not work with him anymore". "For the sake of my well-being, my sanity, my dignity and self-respect of my family, I will not work with Salman Khan", she said in Mumbai. "The Salman Khan chapter was a nightmare in my life and I am thankful to god that it is over", she said.

"I have maintained a dignified silence about him and his wrong doings but he (his family and friends) has repeatedly attacked the respect, dignity and pride of me and my family with irresponsible rumour mongering", she said.

"I stood by him enduring his alcoholic misbehaviour in worst phases and in turn I was at the receiving end of his abuse (verbal, physical and emotional), infidelity and indignity. That is why like any other self-respecting woman I had ended my relationship with him almost two years ago", she added. Setting at rest speculations in a section of the press about starring with Salman in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani', she said, "From the very first meeting with Bhansali, I had categorically declined to work with Salman". "I am making this clarification because for a very long time now they have time and again tried to wreck my peace and sanity, both personally and professionally", she added.

The actress, who is recuperating in the 15th floor of Hinduja Hospital, said, "I have just come out of a near-fatal accident miraculously with an ankle fracture and a couple of wounds and abrasions. God has been extremely kind and I thank my friends and well-wishers for all their prayers blessings and good wishes", she added.

Here for the surprise she is not polically correct like all the other actors that "if the righ script comes we can work togather, we are actors and professionals and not let our personal life come into our professional life"

She did file a police complain to th epolice...but she did it after seh was over the IDEA of LOVE adn after her ROSY LOVE GLASSES were out. Just like anyother girl seh was in love and was taking it with her thinking he might change but then she decided NOT ANYMORE and walked out. Salman couldn't take NO and he started coming to her building adn creating scenes. HEr neighbours started compaining and finally she went to police and filed a complain.
