Devki, Amma and Vishaka are expert in emotionally blackmailing Radhika and she is very young. I think she will only realize Vishaka's true colors once she comes close to losing Dev. In this sense, it is good for her to do this as this time stakes are very high for her. Previously, even though she was Dev's wife and CB, nobody knew about it and her actions were not affecting Dev and his family directly. Now, it is another thing. Also, Dev and Dadi (the two people who love Radhika the most) dislike Vishaka intensely. So, if Radhika blindly helps Vishaka, she would have to pay consequences. It is clear that Vishaka is setting up a trap for Radhika.
