Hey all!

Has anyone ever talked about food here? I guess food is more essential for living then passionate love making, you sex hungry people! ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜†....lets talk about real food that makes us hungry for a change please ๐Ÿ˜†

Err so yeah, lets talk about food

Do you ever ( or in my case ALWAYS) look at the calories to check how much your consuming? are you calorie conscious?! what kinda food do you eat/like and what kind of dietary changes do you want to make?

I have a really bad habit of eating food late at night, i work three nights from 5.30-8 and dont reach home before 8.45, then when i come home i am starving like anything and munch on all roti shoti and chawal or whatever mum has made...and i always promise myself, not to eat that late or eat something light, but that promise is never kept....so one of my dietary change this year is to have dinner early like at 4.30 and have something light after work.

So yeah how healthy is your food or do you live off junk?

You can bring many discussions in this like the type of food affects our mind and body...certain food makes you more alert, smart and prevents you against CVD ..whilst others provokes it...obviously your type of body is very much dependent on the type of food you eat, and how often have you met people that eat like pigs but look like sticks? how good is your metabolism? My metabolism sucks, i put on 2 pounds everytime i have a can of coke...then i go around dancing in my room to loose it off ๐Ÿ˜†

LOL, I love Chinese food. The problem is I'm a foodie but can eat only small amounts of anything. I hate eating at home, because I get sick and tired of this roti-subzi etc.., so I eat very little. Eventually, I wake up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache and have to eat something๐Ÿ˜† I never check the calories before eating anything because you need calories to survive. I work off the calories by exercising. LOL, I've seen 2 people who eat like anything but still look like a stick: One is my dad and the other is Shaggy(of Scooby-Doo fame) I really envy them.๐Ÿ˜†

LOL.. i do.. i try to get food with the highest calories possible..๐Ÿ˜†.. goood for weight gain..๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† i eat a lot of guacamole.. its high in calories.. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

..i try to eat healthy.. i have given up on sugar and stuff.. kinda had no choice after i was told i had 13 cavaties..๐Ÿ˜† no soda either..

I have fast metabolism..no matter how much i eat ..my weight is stuck arnd 115-120 lbs ๐Ÿ˜†

Hey XoXo were you still hungry when you posted this topic ๐Ÿ˜‰ the time of ur post shows 9.23 pm on my screen, probably ur binging phase ๐Ÿ˜† Hmm I usually have my meals at regular times unless something urgent comes up. Once the food is on the table i dont think about calories so i try to prevent food i want to avoid from getting on to my table ๐Ÿ˜†Once there its hard to resist !

well, since we studied nutrition at school i know better what is the meaning of the things written in some food's label, box, bottle or packet, so i try to make my diet more complete and healthy. ๐Ÿ˜Š
well, i think i've a not bad diet.. ๐Ÿ˜† but i'd like to feel like eating an apple instead of feel like eating some chips, u know.

uhm.... basically every non-junk aliment has got advantages ๐Ÿ˜Š u have to eat a bit of all. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Though there's no need to have junk food, specially the ones served at junk food restaurants, (McDonald's, Burger King, etc)
well and one important fact to keep in mind is that even fat is needed, so don't leave having food that contains fat, but try to have vegetable fats like sunflower oil, this one won't provoke any CVD or cholesterol.
And yeah, the reflection of food depends on the person too, on the exercise that u do, and etc.
Lols.. ๐Ÿ˜† well dancing is a nice exercise. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Maybe u get to be a professional dancer just coz of this habit, imagine... ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜›

Yes, I remember our family went to Tangra Masala when we went to NYC....the food wsa certainly very good.

ppl, actually "snaking" is not so bad as many think. Its good so that way ur stomach feels that it doesnt have to reserve much fat until it gets food again after a long time.

But ya dont eat a whole menu between meals, just have some fruit or something that u know it's pure healthy =P
Try to have atleast five meals and small meals in a day.
p.d.: OMG! ur not healthy eaters at all!! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

who cares about eating healthy as long as you burn it off? When ever I feel like eating popcorn, I eat a whole packet of Orville Redenbacher popcorn(hope you know what that is)
