First of all a big apology - if anyone has sent me a PM in the last 24 hours and not received a reply (hangs head in shame) it is because I accidentally deleted all the PMs I ever received yesterday night 😭 😭 😭. The good news first
Thank you for your amazing response. We have received some very good news. Our own Tin Tin aka TinaSehgal2002 made an effort to call up star one and here is what she sent me.
"Yes I spoke to the creative head of the channel today she was a lady and she assured me that its just a rumour that LNMDJ is going off-air.. she said that LNMDJ has contract drawn up till the month of JUNE so no chances of the serial going offair till the month of June and she told me to rest assured as the LNMDJ is gonna run uptill June... as I was about to complain about the lack of promotion of LNMDJ,said she is getting call on the secod line and she disconnected the call saying that I can call her later... and later wen I tried calling again the line remained busy thruout the day.. so gave up. "

STARONE AND SHAKUNTALAM TELEFILMS we would like to make a request. We are all devout fans of your show "Love Ne Mila Di Jodi" which is one of the best shows currently on television. This show is unique in how it treats its characters and its audience. The story of LNMDJ is one of a kind and the treatment of the storyline and the suspense kept all of us hooked. Hats off to the entire team team of wrtiters, technicians and editors for this. The actors are spectacular at translating this onto the screen. We particularly enjoy the chemistry between the three lead couples. This has been diluted somewhat by the entry of the three new characters. We want to see more bonding between all the couples. We have a few suggestions in this regard. Maybe Prithvi and Damini could go somewhere for a few days and have some time alone'..a honeymoon of sorts'..if not that at least a business trip with some nice couple scenes thrown in. Sameer and Avni could go shopping for baby stuff in the mall or something. Could you give Varun and Roshni their own track please? We would like to see a lot more family bonding between the six lead characters too. Maybe the six could go on a picnic together or have dinner at home and play games together like charades or antakshari.
We would like to let you know that we are perturbed by news that this awesome show could be pulled off the air and we would not like this to happen. News reports of thishappening are appearing at regular intervals. We would like the show to go on for a long time. We would also like to see a really happy period in the lives of all the characters soon. They have been through lot of pain, angst and betrayal and so has the audience with them. The happy times on the show are rather fleeting and shot lived. We would like you to give the audience something to be happy about and have a happy track for a month. We would also like to request that you introduce comedy back into the show because it has become too intense.
We appreciate your efforts regarding the show and would like to point out that we are all pained by the lack of publicity. This is a great show that is being hurt by lack of publicity. Look how far the show has come inspite of this. This could be one of the best shows on TV if properly promoted. No other show has fans all over the world like this one. Could you please make an effort to air some promos for this show and have some more publicity for this show. We would highly appreciate it.Could you please try to get us some interviews with the couples on SBS and other shows (i don't know the names of any other shows - some help please from those conversant with these shows 😕)
