I understand your frustration and anger - but just some things to keep in mind. We all dislike this track intensely - however we have to accept that it is here to stay for the time being unless a miracle happens (prays for miracle đ ) and the track ends early. Tracks in LNMDJ typically last for a month and I expect this will do the same - unless people really like and start raving about the new characters. In that case they will stay around longer. đ˛
It is curious that he said that they always had decent ratings - then why was Star One complaining in the first place. đ Which bring us back to the original question that does not seem to strike the powers-to-be if it has decent ratings without promos, what can happen with promos. đ
Jhinki baby, we in the forum members have exactly given them a free ride - we are mailing star one, sbs, everyone we can think off daily. We have also tried to reach them through TT. Thank you for trying to contact Gautam Hegde and get his take. We appreciate it. He is being cagey because I guess they are uncertain how this track is being received and how long it will continue. đ
