choreographer has turned his cast into a jazzy foot accessory!

Almost a month after Remo met with an accident during the Kolkata auditions of Lux Dance India Dance, that resulted in multiple fractures to his leg, one of his fans painted his cast into a fancy shoe and embellished it with semi-precious stones. "My cast isn't a cast anymore. It's a funky boot," said Remo about his cast. An onlooker on the sets said, "This is going to become the latest trend! Now everybody who breaks a bone will want to get it painted like this. It's like a tattoo and it looks really cool." In fact, the paint job looks so real that it's difficult to believe there's a cast underneath. The plaster also bears the Lux Dance India Dance logo. In fact, it's so well-etched that there's hardly any trace of injury. Inspired, perhaps, by the fantastic new look of his cast, Remo is said to have delivered a no-holds-barred dance performance in the Grand Premiere episode of the second season of the show without holding on to his crutches!

Everybody who thought that Remo will be wheel-chair bound through out this season will be pleasantly surprised to see him match steps with the other mentors in the very first gala episode where the top 18 contestants will be unveiled for the first time on television. In fact, for the first time, the three masters would be interchanging their dance styles! That's right Geeta would perform some cool Hip Hop, Terrence Lewis would perform classical and Remo goes on to perform contemporary. To watch Remo in action tune in to Lux Dance India Dance, on Friday and Saturday at 9.30 pm only on Zee TV.
