to each other very much on the sets of KTH before but now the two of

Gurpreet Singh > No, that's not true. We used to talk before also.
Jasmine > What is your birth date and with which character of KTH do
you share the most chemistry with, in reality
Gurpreet Singh > Birthday 28 November. I am pally with "Swayam"
(actor Vikas Sethi).
Madhura > Hi, how do you find acting? Are you really engaged?
Gurpreet Singh > I am not engaged. I am waiting to get engaged. I
always enjoy performing my character, and I love acting.
Nannuu > I love to see you in KTH. Is your voice dubbed in this soap?
And if so, I would love to listen to your real voice. Could I know
where I can listen to it? I mean, did you act in any other
advertisements etc? I saw that Rajnigandha advert. Is that your real
voice?
Gurpreet Singh > No, my voice is not dubbed. It is my real voice in
the serial that you hear. By some chance it's quite similar to that
of the earlier "Sujal" played by actor Rajeev Khandelwal. And in the
advert that you mention here, that too is my real voice.
Jasmine > I don't hate you, but I miss Rajeev. Still, you are great
though people on a web site were saying not to chat with you because
you were a dummy. But I disagree and think that you are acting really
well, and I like it . Did you find it difficult to take the place of
Rajeev Khandelwal when viewers weren't ready to accept you?
Gurpreet Singh > Unfortunately, in the past I didn't know anything
about the "Sujal" (and Rajeev). So when I got this offer I was not
much aware about this character. Hence, I didn't feel any pressure. I
just played my part with ease.
Loveonce_87 > What is your future plan?
Gurpreet Singh > I don't know about tomorrow, so how can I plan about
the future.
Aashy > Are you enjoying the role of being "Sujal"?
Gurpreet Singh > Yes, a lot.

great friends. But I have even heard that Rajeev doesn't like it. Is

Gurpreet Singh > I don't think so because whenever I have met Rajeev,
he has been very sweet.

Gurpreet Singh > I like to be at home. I like to listen to music,
sketching, traveling, and swimming.

Gurpreet Singh > I am not yet engaged yet. It got postponed, as I
have been very busy with work . Her name is Kanishka. She is an
actress. And I met her on the sets of my movie, Madhubala .
Longfellow > What's your film M adhubala all about and how did you
bag the role? What are your expectations from it?
Gurpreet Singh > The film is based on a female character (Madhubala)
and her best friend who helps her at every step in her life. I got
this movie by the same director with whom I am doing another movie
called Bhay (started shooting first). Let's hope for the best.
Nannuu > My God Gurpreet, that's soo sweet! I loved your voice. I am
totally fida (adore) on your voice. Can you tell me how you got to do
Kahiin Toh Hoga ? I mean, did you know Ektaa personally or you had to
go through audition etc. And how did you feel the moment you gave
your test.
Gurpreet Singh > Thank you. I got the role from the normal audition.
I gave audition for Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai for the character of "Angad"
and they took me for "Sujal."
Rims > When will you get engaged? When are you two going to marry?
Are you really going to get engaged and marry Kansihka or is it
postponed for good? Gurpreet Singh > We are planning. Let's see. We
don't know when.

replacing a popular actor like Rajeev in the role of "Sujal?"
Gurpreet Singh > No, I was not. I was not nervous. I was very happy
to do the role. It was a challenge for me.
Rima > How have people reacted to you after you donned "Sujal's"
avtaar? Has the reaction been the same as Rajeev received or it is
lesser in popularity now?
Gurpreet Singh > I can't say as I don't know how popular Rajeev was
because before getting this serial I did not know anything about
Rajeev or "Sujal." The reaction has been good towards me. People are
appreciating me.
