Dharmesh should not be in this competition

Dharmesh should not be in competition because:

1. He is a brilliant dancer and will kill the competitive nature of the show. He is way ahead of other.

2. He is a very good dance teacher who has many of his students in the show.

3. A teacher should compete with teacher not with his own students.

4. I am sure he knows about dancing more than his own mentor "Geeta".

5. If he teamed up with his own students, it will be unnecessary advantage to his team over other.
I seriously think he should not be in this competition considering all these points.

Dharmesh is fabulous, he's a wonderful dancer! However, I won't lie, it does bother me not all the talent coming in is raw talent, its somewhat unfair to the rest of the contestants. Not only that, reality shows are supposed to find undiscovered talent, not refind discovered talent to increase TRPs and whatnot.

Anyways, I think he'll make the season worth it, if nothing. He's a treat to watch on stage!

Editing to say hi. ;)

Hello... So you agree with me. He should actually replace Geeta maaaaaaaaaaaaaaa as mentor.

I disagree. He deserves to be in the competition as much as other boogiewoogie winners etc.

DID is a huge platform. He will surely get noticed and that may help him kickstart his career in Bollywood. The competition is about finding talent. How is it Dharmesh's fault if he has almost perfected his talent whereas others are still somewhat raw?

Instead of killing the competitive nature of the show, I feel he raises the bar even higher and will motivate others to give their bestest. Just because someone is way ahead of others does not mean they should not be given a chance as long as they fulfill all other requirements. It's like punishing someone for being too good to be true.

Guru competing with the students will be a great booster for both to pay respect to each other - students get a perfect opportunity to show what their Guru taught them and Guru gets to show why he is the guru in the first place.

Keep in mind - Prince's guru was not up to the mark. If I am not mistaken, he was not even selected in top 18. It is Dharmesh's chance to show that he is not the case where "guru gud hee raha chela cheeni ho gaya".

I am looking forward to Dharmesh's performances along with Nikkitasha and couple others. This season will be better than last.

Completely agree to everything Gauri_3 has mentioned.
A lot of contestants in top 18 are trained dancers. Dharmesh is one among them and happens to be the best. Hopefully from DID he would get the recognition that is required to start his career in a big way, which wasn't possible even after winning boogie-woogie etc.

How will DID help Dharmesh to kick start his career in Bollywood?

come again!

Are you seriously asking this question😕

which industry do Remo, Geeta and Terrence belong to? Which industry gave Mithun da his pehchaan? Who all are the guests on DID?

Dude, I wouldn't be surprised if I see Dharmesh becoming Remo's assistant and then breaking off on his own in the field of choreography. He has already proved his talent with so many of his students selected. He is now showcasing his own dancing talent. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts his dance school in Mumbai while bagging bollywood assignments.

P.S. before you get side-tracked on debating over his future --- let's hear from you why he should NOT be in DID. Your earlier defenses have been refuted. Time to come up with some new ones😉

So, for him it is different competition as per you. He is competing for choreographing star not for dancing star, which is the competition for. That is my whole point, he does not belong to this competition. He should compete in some kind of choreography comepetition where other contestant will be choreographer too.

Where did I say that?

Read my posts again. I said he is a great dancer and by proving that in DID-2, he will find many new doors open for him as a choreographer.

Read my very first post here that refutes your point. You are cooking up stuff that I did not even mention in my post to reiterate your point. Nice try but you need to try harder.

He already proved his mettle as a choreographer and a teacher by having so many of his students getting selected in the competition. Now, it's his turn to prove that he is an equally good dancer too. I see him joining Shiamek Dawar, TL and RF's league soon - as a dancer, performer, teacher AND choreographer. I am sure DID will give him the recognition that he truly deserves and on the scale he deserves. But that comes later. Right now is his time to prove what he is made up of and he has every right to prove it via DID-2.

Hey, I disagree with you because I think he deserves to be in the competition even though he does teach others dance. He is a great dancer but I am sure that he still has a lot to learn about dancing from the three judges. I think that through this competition he can become aware of other dance forms out there. The dance that I see him doing mostly in the episodes i have watched is Hip Hop and stunts( not sure though, please let me know if I am wrong). He can learn other dance forms and master them through Dance India Dance.
I think it is fair for him to compete against his students. He taught his students really well because they were able to pass the first round and some of them were able to make it to the top 18. I think that he must have helped his students with their dances in the 1st round only but later on Geeta, Remo, and Terrance choreographed dances for each contestant and they picked out those who they thought deserved to go on and so what I am trying to say is that if any of his students were able to make it to the top 18 then it was their own ability of how to dance not because he taught them. ( I know this is confusing I don't know how to put in to words)
but Dharmesh has a lot to learn and he will learn from his master and so will the others. I have seen many people yesterday that danced better then Dharmesh so I don't think hes the best dancer out of all them and plus this competition and nothing in life is always fair. This is my opinion only. Sorry for the confusingness of this post.
