Prateik says no to brands and girlfriends!

Much before he became a known face in the industry, Prateik Babbar was dating Alyque Padamsee and Sharon Prabhakar's daughter Shazahn Padamsee, who recently made her Bollywood debut in "Rocket Singh – Salesman of the Year".

Now, Prateik, who received many Best Debut awards this year, is choosing to focus just on his work and admits endorsements can wait and so can girlfriends as they can be a distraction while he is busy shaping his career.

Prateik, who will next be seen in "Dhobi Ghaat", says working with co-star Aamir Khan and director Kiran Rao was good fortune indeed. Now he can believe in himself in every step he takes.

His list of films already includes Rohan Sippy's next with Abhishek Bachchan and Homi Adjania's film.
