Mohini and Tanya are shocked seeing the factory going to Sharma family. Rimjhim tells them that they have no right over the factory. Tanya decides to use Megha against Rimjhim.

Garv appreciate Isha's designs for the drama clothes. Isha shows the designs to Megha who tears them.

Rimjhim hands over Avinash the factory papers and tells him that he should work under the Sharma group of companies. Avinash doesn't like this.

Jayanti comes to Om and tells him that every family member hates him and wants to remove him from the MD post. A verbal dual takes place between Yashoda and Jayanti on the said matter. Jayanti warns Yashoda not to interfere in Om 's matters. Jayanti abuses her saying that Yashoda wants to take away Om from her.

Tanya tries to mislead Megha against her family members. Megha accepts Tanya as her friend. Isha packs her luggage. Tanya comes to Rimjhim and tells her that Garv loves Isha and intimates of telling the same to Megha. Rimjhim is shocked.
