is the sari unsuitable for a modern life?

hi friends........the saree as we all know is a very complex clothing with a lot of complicated knots here and there.........in todays advanced world where life moves at a jet-plane speed do u think the saree is a hindrance to working women?

well many women nowadays use salwars.. only teachers use sarees, but many wear salwars...

then again sarees have become a fashion too so it isnt extinct...

coming to the main point, I think it is a hidnerance...

Never wore a saree myself,but yes they are not extinct many women wear it still.
Working women do wear saree,yes I think its a kinda hindrance with so many wraps and knots.
But I suppose those who wear seem pretty comfortable so it looks hindrance to those who have never wore them.😆

Back to the topic...I wore sari twice or thrice after marraige and loved it but yea these wraps and knots are a big problem(especailly for me LOL my hubby clearly stated don't you dare wear a sari again)😆 but i've seen ladies being so much comfortable wearing it and doing all kinda stuff without any problem....
