Read an article which said Rannvijay will attend Shekher-Laali's wedding. This sudden change in him would leave Kaushalya and Shekhar wondering if he has transformed for real. Rannvijay would apologise to Shekhar who would welcome his brother back with open arms. It's said he will slowly gain the confidence of his family only to back stab them later.

When contacted Sachin Tyagi who plays Ranvijay, he said it's true Ranvijay will turn positive attend the wedding.

🤔🤔🤔 its good in a way.. we can have some peace from ranvijay for a while 😆😆 but its still scary.. he's gonna backstab them (that's obvious!) but what is he gonna do?? 😒

Phew, I'm glad he'll turn back negative. Ranvijay positive, it's just obvious that it wouldn't last. It just wouldn't make sense. I hope Shekhar doesn't let his guard down though, so far he's been wise to Ranvijay,
