This is what i can suggest to the creatives.
Why not show Shekhar as a man? Before his lovers strangulate me, hear me out. The guy looks learned and educated. What on earth does he do other than play Basuri?
So why not get this fellow back to the village doing something meaningful like may be in farming, poultry, horticulture or anything that happens in villages. This gives us liberty of following things:
1. shekhar gets independents and goes beyond his oldie to bother him
2. He involves Laali in everything that he does, so we get to see them together (waaris plat can keep happening on parallel)
3. Siddy does not nag him. He can actually pacify her also. What more does she need than powder and sarees.
4. Rann will still be jealous. He can still play hurdle.
5. He can move around on work pretext and we get to see diff locales like Nepal forinstance.
All I want to say is: Dont ruin a good set up and sound base of serial for something trivial.
